All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Gay Camping and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.

However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
User Goods and Services
Our Site allows users to sell goods and services. We do not assume any responsibility for the goods and services users sell on our Site. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of any goods and services sold by users on our Site. However, if we are made aware that a user is violating these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or prohibit the user from selling goods and services on our Site.
Subscriptions
Your subscription does not automatically renew. You will be notified before your next payment is due and must authorize that payment in order for your subscription to continue.
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.
Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

Standard Delivery.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances.
Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Canada your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Consumer Protection Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
Limitation of Liability
Gay Camping and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Gay Camping and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.

RV RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
(FOR RENTERS)
RV RENTAL INQUIRY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Before submitting your rental inquiry, please carefully review and agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility

You must be at least 25 years old to rent an RV.

A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required.

By submitting this inquiry, you confirm you are legally able to enter into a rental agreement.
2. Rental Platform Structure

Campgay.ca provides a platform for RV and tent listing owners and renters to connect.

We do not charge booking fees — our listing partners pay a flat monthly fee, keeping costs lower for you.

All rental agreements, payments, and logistics are handled directly between you and the listing owner.
3. Respectful Conduct

We proudly foster a safe and welcoming space for all members of the LGBTQ+ community.
-
Discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior towards listing owners or fellow campers will result in a permanent ban from the platform.
4. Inquiry Process

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a booking.

The owner will review your inquiry and contact you to confirm availability, rates, and details.

Please allow 48–72 hours for a response.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by RV owner. Be sure to review their individual policy before confirming your booking.

Campgay.ca is not responsible for any cancellations, refunds, or disputes between renters and owners.
6. Insurance & Liability

Renters are responsible for any damage, accidents, or traffic violations that occur during the rental period.

Confirm that your auto insurance covers RV rentals, or purchase additional coverage if required.

Campgay.ca is not liable for any incidents, damages, or injuries resulting from the rental or use of listed RVs.
7. Vehicle Return

You agree to return the RV in clean, undamaged condition with a full tank of fuel (unless otherwise agreed).

Late returns may result in additional fees determined by the listing owner.

RV RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
(FOR RENTAL OWNERS)
RV OWNER LISTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Before listing your RV or responding to rental inquiries, please review and agree to the following:
1. Eligibility

You must own or have legal rights to rent out the RV you list.

You are responsible for ensuring your RV is road-safe, insured, and meets all legal requirements for rental in your province or territory.
2. Listing & Platform Use

Campgay.ca charges a flat monthly fee to list your RV, with no commission or booking fees.

You are responsible for managing all rental agreements, pricing, bookings, and payments directly with the renter.

We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our community guidelines or receive repeated negative feedback.
3. Safe & Respectful Community

By listing your RV, you agree to treat all renters with respect, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race, or background.
-
This platform centers around LGBTQ+ campers — discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
4. Communication & Bookings
-
You agree to respond to inquiries within 48–72 hours.
-
All availability, rates, and rental terms must be clearly communicated and agreed upon with the renter.

Make sure renters are aware of your individual cancellation policy and pickup/return conditions.
5. Liability & Insurance

You are responsible for ensuring your RV is insured for rental use.

Campgay.ca is not liable for any damages, accidents, or disputes arising from a rental transaction.

We recommend keeping detailed records of each rental, including a signed agreement and pre/post-trip inspection.
6. Cleanliness & Safety
-
Your RV must be clean, fully functional, and stocked with necessary safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguisher, first aid kit).

Clearly communicate any specific usage instructions or restrictions to renters.
